I am an artist born in Greece, based in Stockholm. My artistic work unfolds across choreography,
performance and site-specific contexts, often engaging with collaborative processes and interdisciplinary
dialogue.
Through movement, writing and spatial composition, I investigate the agency of the artist in relation
to the multiplicity of roles they inhabit, as well as questions of authorship, presence, and embodied
decision-making.
Alongside my artistic practice, Pilates has become an essential part of my life, shaped both by my
professional training and my own experience of injury and recovery. This lived knowledge informs the
way I approach teaching — with attention, care and respect for individual bodies and processes,
supporting people in their movement journeys.

Her work explores the agency and responsibility of the artist, as well as the multiplicity of roles they inhabit, creating common grounds where diverse practices intersect.
